Lucy and I had lunch at this great little place called l'Epicérie. They specialise in tartines. A tartine is basically a slice of bread spread or covered with something (usually butter or jam); this restaurant specialises in all kinds of tartines. This one was "confiture d'oignons aux gingembre et terrine de pintade"; - candied onion and ginger with a guinea fowl terrine
